Milano, 9 aprile – Il tempo medio di pagamento (DSO-Days Sales Outstanding) dei crediti commerciali ceduti nell’anno 2023 è stato pari a 84,27 giorni, in progressivo incremento rispetto alle rilevazioni precedenti. Il valore registrato a dicembre 2023 è il più alto da dicembre 2021.
Lo ha rilevato Assifact, l’associazione che riunisce le società di factoring, attraverso un’indagine condotta su un campione che ha compreso la gran parte dei propri associati (il campione esaminato ha generato nel 2023 un turnover pari a 239,6 miliardi di euro con riferimento ai soli crediti commerciali ceduti).
All’interno del dato medio si segnala il significativo miglioramento dei tempi di pagamento degli enti pubblici: 143,44 giorni, sempre superiori a quattro mesi ma quasi 12 giorni in meno rispetto all’anno precedente.
I pagamenti delle imprese richiedono invece mediamente quasi un giorno in più rispetto al 2022 (+0,86 giorni, +1,10%): il dato medio registrato a dicembre 2023, pari a 79,26 giorni, conferma il rallentamento nei pagamenti da parte dei soggetti privati in corso da oltre un anno e rappresenta il valore più alto registrato nel post-Covid.
I problemi dei pagamenti commerciali non si esauriscono nei ritardi, ma sono il riflesso anche di processi, comportamenti e relazioni con i fornitori. Nel 2023 il lieve incremento dei tempi di pagamento è accompagnato e controbilanciato da un miglioramento degli indicatori di qualità dei comportamenti dei debitori nelle transazioni commerciali. Nelle transazioni B2B migliorano infatti, in modo più evidente, la disponibilità da parte dei debitori a includere nei contratti di fornitura gli interessi di mora e il risarcimento per i costi di recupero in caso di ritardato pagamento e l’inclinazione a riconoscere le cessioni di credito, così come una maggiore trasparenza e disponibilità nella comunicazione.
