La diciannovesima edizione dell’analisi annuale dei dati aggregati sul credito specializzato, realizzata da Assifact, Assilea e Assofin, evidenzia una significativa crescita della nuova produzione nel 2025 (+6%), sostenuta dal contributo positivo di tutti i comparti. La dinamica espansiva prosegue anche nei primi quattro mesi del 2026 (+2,5%), seppure a ritmi più contenuti, in un contesto caratterizzato da una moderata crescita economica e da persistenti tensioni geopolitiche, commerciali ed energetiche. In tale scenario, il credito specializzato si conferma uno strumento strategico per sostenere le esigenze di finanziamento di famiglie e imprese.
Nel 2025, a fronte di una crescita del PIL italiano contenuta (+0,5% in volume), l’attività complessiva delle Associate ad Assifact, Assilea e Assofin ha raggiunto 422,5 miliardi di euro in termini di flussi erogati, in aumento del +6% rispetto all’anno precedente e pari al 18,7% del PIL, in linea con il 2024.
L’andamento dei comparti è risultato positivo: il credito alle famiglie è cresciuto del 13%, il leasing del 5,8% e il factoring del 3,8%. La crescita è proseguita anche nei primi quattro mesi del 2026, con incrementi del 2% per il credito alle famiglie, del 4,2% per il leasing e del 2,5% per il factoring, confermando il ruolo di questi strumenti nel sostenere consumi, investimenti e liquidità delle imprese.
